From start to finish the experience was good.
G7 quickly understood what we wanted to achieve and offered us a number of options on how we could complete the project.
When the consultant came on site to complete the work he was very knowledgeable and was able to adapt to our changing requirements.
Everything that was done was fully explained to us and only happened after we understood what was being done.

G7 are excellent to work with. They managed our solution design and complex upgrade process solutions. It is particularly frustrating and disappointing that although G7 are Unit4 partners, Unit4 support will not provide or offer any assistance on certain aspects of our build when we log calls regarding certain upgrades. The standard response that Unit4 provides is they believe we have not used one of their consultants even though we have used G7. To progress we need to pay for a Unit4 consultant.

G7BS was excellent in every way. From the planning of our upgrade to the support I received from the Managed Service Des post implementation. I honestly could not recommend using them more. The knowledge of their employees is superb. There is always someone able to help you
