GCON4 is a really good company, they are not expensive (compared to the prices that we can find for Agresso solutions) and their job is normally impeccable. They are organized, clear, kind and their technicians are real experts. They know a lot about Agresso and they perform really well. The only thing with what we are not happy at all is with the Agresso tool and the Unit4 free support provided. It is really difficult to deal with. Fortunately, GCON4 is there to save us when the deal becomes impossible for us.

Originally I was expecting a more on a hands on implementation. Due to the fact that our office in the US had an existing configuration of UBW it became impractical. Our office was responsible for the implementation working better. GCON4 was very accommodating as we had to make several modifications to the Colombia location. In retrospect I would like to have had our current controller on board but we have been able over the past two years to try and fix our incorrect assumptions. The Dominican Republic location was very well designed and I am expecting great success with the Ecuador location as we work together on the design. The implementation in Peru is going well but delayed due to other factors.

We are pleased to work with the great GCON4 team and UNIT4 ERP. We found several management solutions and had good results with the ERP implemented modules. We continue to receive updates and follow ups for the management system. We have future plans of expansion and plan to do so with GCON4.

GCON4’s change management empowers users for the process implementation. They have experience with the modules and our native language. This was a worldwide deployment. HQ and regions were simultaneously implemented. The implementation consisted of a cloud enabled product and multi-language consultants.
