GroupeX knew the new system pretty well but did not have a good understanding of the existing system that we converted from. This caused a lot of unnecessary data to be transferred into the new system.

Anita identified early on that our organization would benefit from UKG Dimensions’ advanced scheduling, however that is not what we had initially purchased. We’ve since taken her advice and are about to start work on the Advanced Scheduling options.

Getting a great consultant makes such a difference in the project implementation. We had scenarios that were not straightforward at all, and Anita helped us to find alternatives that would meet company needs and collective agreement requirements.
