The Implementation, from the beginning with the initial implementation partner was fraught with problems and hence the lower scoring on the implementation question above. Only once Hennessy IT Consulting was onboard and tasks were re-planned, following a health check, did the revised programme go as planned with their very knowledgeable consultants. Previous to their involvement there were numerous issues with the build and config that resulted in many delays. Without Hennessy we would not have been in the position to go-live or plan future ERP (Business World) developments. The go-live was only the initial phase of the programme of work and in the years following we have continued to implement additional functionality e.g. Planned/Unplanned Absence, review Finance, Purchasing and Payroll processes, etc. and many of these have been supported, successfully, by Hennessy IT Consulting.
