Starting with the core concepts gave me the understanding I needed to confidently build and launch a compensation plan. Working with HRIZONS, and specifically with Paula, made a tremendous difference. Her deep experience and genuine patience ensured that I learned at the right pace, truly understood the fundamentals, and could build on that knowledge over time.
