Our consultant was great. We requested him specifically for a second mini project we needed to do after inital implementation. Issues we faced were mostly software related such as trying to get the system to work in a way that was consistent with all the employment standards rules we have in Ontario, Canada (system is really US centric). Zulf was great at figuring out how to do what we needed. He was very helpful, professional and responsive/easy to get in touch with.

Technology is always growing and adapting. Having a dedicated team who has the knowledge we might not necessarily have the time to learn, delegation is key and we chose the right partner.
