I truly enjoyed working with the implementation team – they were supportive throughout and went above and beyond!. The project was challenging as we only had basic requirements with a very aggressive timeline. I truly appreciated the team’s engagement, particularly in the design phase, as their involvement helped to provide clear design requirements for multiple sites that enhanced current processes. As changes in the requirements were communicated, they were able to adjust and incorporate seamlessly. The project deliverables were provided on time, and as challenges arose during the go-live, they were exceptionally responsive and supportive – at all hours of the day/night! Almost all challenges during the go-live revolved around inaccurate data or other connecting systems, but the team was able to provide quick solutions for these areas as well. It was a pleasure to work with John and Jawaid. Thank you!!!!!

Millennium was/is an excellent partner, and was absolutely key to the success of our project.
The cost overrun was not due to Millennium in any way, but rather due to scope changes where it was decided to go to V15 instead of V14 and a change in cloud choice. Also, cost overruns were related to additional services requested of Millennium and challenges with our legacy configuration and numerous interfaces.

Millennium Consulting’s Team was excellent from the very early stages of planning our upgrade through the support for the multitude of integrations which needed modification, through all of the validation testing and pre-production planning and testing and finally go live and hyper care. They have been an integral partner throughout the process, always ready with solutions to problems which inevitably crop-up on such a project. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even our budget overrun was really attributable to additional scope which was reviewed, quantified and approved as needed.

This was a conversion/migration from Coda with Oracle to Coda with Microsoft SQL DBs and along side a lot of bespoke and add-on interfaces and tooling for various intentional markets.

We needed some utilities uplifted by Millennium Consulting due to the source code being incompatible with newer technology. Millennium resources did this for us. They partnered with our IT team and worked quickly to set up a test environment. Millennium did the necessary troubleshooting and we were able to test various interfaces rather quickly.

Millennium’s implementation was a very pleasant experience. They are very knowledgeable consultants, who are very flexible and approachable. They have excellent systems knowledge.
