    If I was to do again, or with future projects. I would re-think the timing of the hypercare period. As we didn’t do a big bang and was running in parallel with current solution, we didn’t see the biggest use until after the hypercare period.

    Try and do more planning in advance of starting the project, in terms of deciding processes. Testing has been a difficult part of the process and is time consuming – this needs a lot of planning and factoring in terms of time commitment.
