    The project was delayed by four months from original implementation date, however, that was as a result of our internal delays and not our consultant Neo. We had a few internal lessons learned but I felt Neo was on point as far as how they organized the project. One of the most important things was how they organized our meetings where the entire team would meet once to twice a week and then subsets of the team would meet once a week for area focused work. This was so helpful and truly, in my opinion, led to some of the best work.

    UKG as a system is not user friendly and does not provide an intuitive user experience, especially for employees using this system for the first time. That being said, Gregory did an excellent job walking us through each step and ensuring our team is on track. He was always on call and responsive to emails. He knew the answer to every question we asked. We would not have been able to complete year-end reviews without Gregory’s help!

    I have so many project experiences with UKG, especially with Gregory. He is our life savior. I started working as intern and now officer, Gregory helps me all the way of my career since i moved to US. He helps me understand how things and process are built in UKG and how to do step by step not only as HR perspective, also as payroll and employees’ views. So, we know how is look like on the other side. Right now, we are doing open enrollment and we needed a lot of guidance from him, since this is my very first open enrollment. And we just close payroll this morning. Everything works really well. What I learned while working with UKG was always plan ahead and discuss with partner, they can help you whatever it is.

    The partner we worked with Neosystems was great to work with, they understand the software that we were working with and was able to help us navigate the reporting and optimization of the system.
    The software that we were using Ultipro, is difficult to use, but Neosystems made is easy for us.
