No particular lessons learned; I was not part of the beginning stages of the project and know they did not go well. That is one reason NeoSystems became involved – the original third party “assigned” was not good.

Our partner (Keisha) was amazing she was brought in later in the project but would have loved to have her skillset and knowledge-base from the beginning. I wasn’t here when my organization signed on for UKG but would have surely asked questions about government remittances like the 941 for example.
