Lessons learned were simply to have the right people at the ready for this project. It was a big undertaking and ScottMadden was there to help us achieve it, but our team needed to do their part. Since all parties were ready to work, things went very smoothly for the most part – expected hiccups along the way due to unforeseen tasks that came up along the way (internally).
