I feel this was project was a challenge from the start, and the expectations were not reasonable based on test data and not live data, the feeling of expectations from some were not as black and white imagined. This process will never be perfect, since data will never be perfect and that is no fault of ServeVita’s they have handled the challenge very well and have put every effort to get it close to as perfect as it can be considering the data changes, but I do feel we are close to 90-95% there.

Servevita is very responsive to our needs. We told them about a need we had and we discussed potential options to resolve the issues. They built us a great invoicing system, provided full documentation on how to use the system, and trained our employees on using the system.

Our project was a new module that ServeVita created based on a majority of our requirements. We were very happy with the ServeVita team; however, we did run into some major delays with a common 3rd party that set us back.

ServeVita are one of the best implementation partners I have worked with in the last 25 years. They have a very open and well structured approach which is delivered in a simple and straightforward manner.
