      NOLA group has been very quick to respond and troubleshoot our issues that we had with our initial SI partner when building out our Dayforce environment. NOLA group was able to come in and fix most of the issues that the SI partner created for us.

      Implementation Kick Off is key to success. The Prime Vendor (Dayforce) did not have one for our other implementations (Just Sparton). I believe Dayforce considered the add on of users to be an extension of the original implementation effort. In reality, we have five payrolls additional with each using its own ERP System. Dayforce and Elbit should have reconvened a kick-off officially to ensure project success.
