There were tweaks to a form that had originally been implemented on our system a couple of years ago and needed refreshing. With a long list of refinements from raising the ticket to publishing the current version took less than two weeks. I worked with Jon Simmonds on this small project and greatly appreciate his support, input and patience with me during this work. Jon and I spoke often and making changes in our test environment during those conversations allowed me to undertake testing and report back in quick time. Where there were limitations to what our end user wanted the form to do, Jon suggested alternatives that would read the same end goal, so a form that had been frustrating to use and stuck in the workflow now sees this form working well, with no negative comeback when the latest version went live, the support has been superb.
