Michael was great during this slow process. Working with Sun Life was difficult, but he never gave up and kept the project flowing. Excellent service.
The only suggestion would be to be more aggressive with pushing for answers (Including from me, the client). Sometimes I assumed the error was a file problem, when, in fact, it was probably a database problem. Pushing me to take a closer look is always appreciated.
Overall, the problem was from the Sun Life side. Michael and Vintage Hill did a great job.
