I did not realize how valuable their expertise would be and became more impressed week after week working with them that we retained our partnership after filling our HRIS role. They are great to work with. Eddie quickly became a part of our team and acclimated to our organization and processes. D&E Consulting got us to the finish line on the installation. The UKG deployment model is a managed services model with limited hours and scope. In addition, we needed a staff augmentation model. We needed an application expert who was readily available to answer questions and fill in core team capacity gaps. D&E provided this service. They helped bridge our knowledge of the application with the needs of the business. We involved D&E during UAT. I would advise getting D&E Consulting involved early in the project. D&E was critical with testing and reviewing the integrations.
