    We have a complicated budgeting methodology for our compensation review process that continuously evolves. EIR was able to understand our unique needs and many ‘exceptions’ to our methodology and help us design and automate the reporting we need, utilizing EIR’s powerful proprietary extension software while maximizing the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module that they helped us implement. They have been a highly valued, trusted partner for many years now.

    What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
    During my time working with EIR, the lessons learned would be to assume more than the initial budget will be spent. There are always little things that come up that we did not think of and was not included in the scope of the project. Solutions to problems are always there, but not a lot of budget padding is done with the initial statement of work, so there were some surprise costs.
