We needed lessons to advance some members toward an “Administrator” status. We received exactly what we had hoped to. This is a partner whom I look forward to working with again in the future. Brian was extremely knowledgeable with the software and took the time we needed to explain the processes that we needed to implement in order to use the software more efficiently. There is so much more to learn.
