      The integration between 2 products even with the same vendor is not easy.
      The data quality is an issue in the current system.
      Test well before and keep the transition period short because keeping 2 systems in synch is extremely difficult if manual steps are required.

      You will enjoy working with INTEGRTR folks. They came for a difficult job. They came to fix the mess other SI/freelancers had left behind in the area of SAP SF Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA integration. A challenging settion including a nightmare situation with respect to legacy data and legacy data transformation in both systems, SF Employee Central as well as S/4HANA (HCM mini master; Business Partner). They took up the challenge, brought structure into the game and they are crunching down the sheer number of issues that we have. We also acquired a license for their integration monitor, which speeds up issue analysis like crasy – particularly when it comes to assessing the problem scale. We wanted to fix the biggest issues first and the monitor just gives you the numbers you need.
