    The main lesson learned for us would have been to actually use them more, in terms of having them handle the time and attendance implementation (through WorkForce Software) in addition to the SuccessFactors piece as we feel that might have gone smoother had they also been responsible for that piece of the project.

    I have been a module lead (Compensation) at my last employer, where we did 2 separate, similar HCM implementations with 3rd party implementation partners. This project with Veritas Prime was far and away the best experience!

    They were consummate professionals, extremely experienced, communicated the project status regularly, raised the flag immediately if there was any concern, and ‘drove the bus’ for the project. We had an unheard timeline to accomplish the successful implementation of 7 modules for North America (~ 5,000 employees), plus multiple integrations (2 of them payroll) of less than 20 weeks! One of the modules was completed a month early.

    We have another phase to implement in Europe, and we are confident our continued partnership with Veritas Prime will deliver another successful project!
