Veritas Prime, an SAP Gold-level partner, based our core values and principles, means “Truth and Excellence”, and is dedicated to giving clients the best service.  We are a premier consulting firm specializing in Human Capital Management technology and specifically SAP SuccessFactors software.  Veritas Prime was founded by 3 partners who saw a need to deliver a quality product, by top tier consultants.  In addition to running HCM implementations, Veritas Prime also specializes in other key areas within HCM technology, such as project advisory, support, and product development.  Veritas Prime is a SAP service partner, build partner, and sell partner.  In early 2016, Veritas Prime was given the distinction of “Recognized Expertise in HR Cloud Solutions”.  This designation is given for our proven expertise and competencies in HR cloud solutions.  Requirements include having trained and certified individuals with successful project experience, a track record of customer success (as provided by customers), and the submission of business development plans.

Veritas Prime has extensive global experience, with offices in the US, United Kingdom, and Peru.

At Veritas Prime, our primary business focus is SAP SuccessFactors; providing customers the total experience.  We are able to assist with the entire cycle from project discovery, advising, purchasing licenses, implementation, building product extensions, and supporting post go-live.  Most of the Veritas Prime team has hybrid experience with SAP on premise and SuccessFactors.  All employees are trained in Employee Central, in addition to their specialty areas (ie. Talent, Learning, etc).

    I have been a module lead (Compensation) at my last employer, where we did 2 separate, similar HCM implementations with 3rd party implementation partners. This project with Veritas Prime was far and away the best experience!

    They were consummate professionals, extremely experienced, communicated the project status regularly, raised the flag immediately if there was any concern, and ‘drove the bus’ for the project. We had an unheard timeline to accomplish the successful implementation of 7 modules for North America (~ 5,000 employees), plus multiple integrations (2 of them payroll) of less than 20 weeks! One of the modules was completed a month early.

    We have another phase to implement in Europe, and we are confident our continued partnership with Veritas Prime will deliver another successful project!

    We really tried to stick to the recommended configuration strategy by the implementation partner, which helped ensure a speedy and cost effective implementation. We limited customization as much as possible. The most challenging part was using the NS2 environment and the roadblocks we encountered and time to resolution. Additionally, data migration was complex and required a lot of attention to detail, but I feel we made fairly good decisions on what to bring over for historical record purposes.

    We have expert coverage across the entire SAP SuccessFactors suite. All of our consultants are trained in Employee Central, and on average, are certified in 3 SuccessFactors modules.
